Frontline Dads Inc. was founded in 2001 and operated as a volunteer organization until 2015. Frontline Dads Inc. mentors youth, provides re-entry support, engages in violence prevention, facilitates a fatherhood/parenting program, advocates for social justice, and invests in community empowerment. In 2003, Frontline Dads began facilitating it's flagship fatherhood program at Temple University in the Pan African Studies Community Education Program (PASCEP), led by Yumy Odum. Frontline Dads later became fiscally sponsored by the Leon Sullivan Trust, under the leadership of Executive Director Nathaniel Bracey. In 2015 Frontline Dads became incorporated and became a 501C3 Non-Profit Organization.
